What is your return policy?
There are absolutely no refunds or returns accepted for any items purchased through Krystal Krownz.

The only acceptance would be if there was a fault on my end regarding your purchase. I will privately work with you to come to a solution reagrding your concern.

Once tracking is provided the package is out of our hands but we will assure you receive your package.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST< DAMAGED< OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
Do you have a shop or provide bundle extensions ?
Krystal Krownz is just launching so as it develops we look forward to upgrading our products and adding more items to select from.
What are the payment options?
They should be listed upon checkout. PayPal is our main source for payments as it is secured and trustworthy.
